A great base for bushwalking, fishing and boating, the town is the creative and agricultural heart of The Tweed on the far NSW North Coast. The marvellous gallery is home to the wonderful Margaret Olley Arts Centre, which honours Australia’s most celebrated painter of still life and interiors. The famous artist attended the local primary school in the town.
